Warranty Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Coverage
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. This warranty strictly covers defects resulting from the installation process or material failures, including:
Peeling, bubbling, or blistering.
Delamination (the film separating from the glass).
Abnormal fading or color change (applicable to premium and ceramic film tiers).
2. Warranty Duration & Transferability
Duration: This warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle listed on this registration.
Non-Transferable: This warranty is solely for the benefit of the original customer and does not transfer to subsequent owners if the vehicle is sold, traded, or gifted.
3. Absolute Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear post-installation, including but not limited to:
Immediate Damage: Damage caused by rolling down the windows prior to the full 3-to-5-day curing window.
Physical Abuse: Scratches, gouges, or nicks caused by seatbelts snapping against the glass, rings, keys, pets, cargo, or aggressive cleaning.
Chemical Damage: Film degradation, cloudiness, or peeling caused by the use of ammonia-based glass cleaners (e.g., standard Windex) or abrasive scrubbing pads.
Glass Breakage: Any spontaneous glass breakage or seal failure.
4. Normal Curing Imperfections
Moisture & Haziness: A slight "hazy" appearance or small water pockets are a natural part of the thermal curing process. These bubbles will evaporate naturally within 7 to 21 days depending on sunlight exposure and weather conditions.
Visual Notice: Warranty claims for minor visual imperfections will not be considered until the full 21-day curing period has elapsed.
5. Compliance with Local Laws
The customer acknowledges that window tinting percentages (VLT) must comply with state and local regulations.
The installation company is not liable for any traffic citations, fines, or vehicle inspection failures resulting from the customer’s choice of film shade.
6. How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
Present this digital or printed warranty registration confirmation.
Provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Bring the vehicle to our location for a physical inspection before any removal or re-tinting work begins.
