1. Services & Bookings

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

A deposit may be required for certain services, and failure to show up or cancel within [X] hours may result in a forfeited deposit.

2. Vehicle Condition & Liability

Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage or issues with their vehicle before service.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any vehicle that poses a safety or sanitary risk.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Window Tint & Film Installations

Window tint and film applications require a curing period. Customers must follow care instructions provided at the time of service.
