1. Service Completion

Once a service is completed, payment is considered final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer to resolve it through rework or adjustments.

3. Warranty Claims

Certain services, such as ceramic coatings and window tinting, may be covered by a limited warranty. Warranty claims will be honored if the proper care instructions are followed.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Any issues related to payment processing should be directed to the provider.
